Prices.
I reserve the right to change my prices to account for any increase in costs. All reasonable steps to notify you of any increase in price will be dealt with before processing any order.
Cancellations.
A request to cancel an order must be done within 24hrs of purchase. Any cancellation request over 24hrs will not be accepted.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns or Exchanges will not be accepted as orders are specific to you, unless the item received was damaged (proof will be requested).
Postage & Packaging
All orders will be sent 2nd class Royal Mail and packaged neatly.
Due to the current situation there may be delays, which will be out of our hands, so please order in good time
Care instructions
Each individual item will have different care instructions which will be sent with your order. Items made with different cloth materials will have labels sewn in to follow the UK regulations.
